I BELIEVE IN

I am a devoted mother, a supportive wife, a special needs advocate, a world traveler (often with kiddos in tow), a reluctant public speaker, a long-term investor, an unconventional board member and a best-selling author.

I build companies founded on big ideas that positively impact humanity. I spent the last 10+ years building a global nonprofit organization to invest in the leadership of entrepreneurs who use financially viable business for good. To date, we’ve positively influenced over ten million lives and helped create 4,000+ permanent jobs in more than 60+ countries. As part of this social impact ecosystem, I founded a venture-backed for-profit consulting subsidiary to financially sustain the nonprofit organization, and managed multiple venture capital funds that exclusively invest in social impact for financial returns. Our first venture investment became a unicorn that helped thousands of low-income Americans establish credit scores.

I am stepping up to chair the investment committee of a $21B health company, and I serve on the board of directors of that company as well as a few others. I design jewelry for fun and donate 100% of sales to charity.

I live in the countryside of Maryland with my better half and our three small children.
